Return Policy



Return and Exchange Policy

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (starting from the day after the product is received).
  • The cooling-off period is not a trial period. As this is a personal-use product, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchase.
    (Unsealing includes opening the outer box, removing plastic wrapping, or opening the product packaging.)
  • Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Partial returns are not accepted.
    All items in the order (including gifts) must be returned together, along with the invoice.
    If any items or the invoice are missing or improperly packaged, additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the product from your provided address. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • Any used discount coupons will become invalid after checkout. Once a return is processed, the coupon cannot be restored.
  • By submitting a return request, you agree to our return policy and authorize us to handle invoice cancellation and related procedures.

The following conditions are not eligible for return:

  1. Requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period
  2. Opened products (including opened outer packaging or product packaging)
  3. Products that have been used or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, defects, wear, scratches, or dirt)
  4. Incomplete returns (missing packaging, invoice, or accessories)
  5. Malicious or excessive return requests
