FAQ

Q: How do I become a member?

A: Click “Member Login” and select “Register.” Fill in your basic information and set a password. New members will receive 200 points (NT$200 shopping credit) upon registration.


Q: How do I use my points?

A: You can check your points in the “Member Center.” Points can be applied directly at checkout.
(Shipping fees are not eligible for deduction.)


Q: How do I request an exchange?

A: If you receive a defective or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a free exchange, including shipping.

If you wish to exchange due to personal reasons, please return the entire order and place a new order. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.


Q: How do I return a product?

A: All products come with a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after receipt.

Please note that this is not a trial period. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

To request a return, please submit your request within the 7-day period.

Kindly return all items from the order, including gifts and the invoice, in the original packaging for inspection.

Each order is eligible for one free return. Additional returns will require the customer to cover shipping costs.


Q: When are returns not accepted?

A: Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period
  2. Opened products (including opened outer packaging or product packaging)
  3. Incomplete items, obvious signs of use, or unauthorized returns without prior request

Q: What payment methods are available?

A:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) via convenience stores: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart
  • Credit Card Payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued in Taiwan)
  • Home Delivery COD via Black Cat or HCT Logistics (Taiwan main island only)
  • Additional shipping fee of NT$200 applies for offshore islands
